Bollywood star Tiger Shroff narrowly escaped serious harm when unidentified gunmen shot at his car in Mumbai’s Juhu area on Sunday evening. His driver sustained injuries, prompting a police investigation.
Reports indicate that three bullets struck Mr. Shroff’s BMW near Pushpa Park while he was returning home after a football match. The attackers reportedly arrived on a motorcycle and quickly fled the scene.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Mohit Garg confirmed that the actor was unharmed but shaken. Shroff’s driver was taken to Nanavati Hospital for treatment, and an autorickshaw driver was also reported injured.
Police have secured the area and are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the shooters and understand their motives.
Mumbai Police Collaborates in Investigation
Mumbai Police and the Crime Branch are working together on the case. Several teams have been formed to locate the shooters who escaped on a motorcycle.

Unverified Claim by Lawrence Bishnoi Gang
The situation escalated when a message circulated on social media, allegedly claiming responsibility for the shooting on behalf of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
An anonymous individual named Anil Pandit, along with Harman Sandhu, reportedly sent the message, threatening the actor for ignoring previous warnings and vowing to harm anyone linked to actor Salman Khan.
However, Mumbai Police have not verified the message’s authenticity or its connection to the shooting.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been instilling fear in North India for years. Police have yet to confirm whether the message was genuinely from the gang or a tactic to trap the actor.
