
Rescue teams have recovered four more bodies from the avalanche-hit area of Mount Himlung in Manang, bringing the total death toll to 11.
The latest recovery was conducted by a search and rescue team led by experienced mountain guide Pasang Kaji Sherpa. Efforts are ongoing to locate the five individuals still missing.
The avalanche struck the Himlung base camp on September 27 during severe weather. Initially, 16 people were reported missing after the incident.
